- Warranty does not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, moisture exposure, or use against unsuitable balls.
Returns & Exchanges:
Bats can only be returned in unused condition with original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Used bats are non-returnable unless a manufacturer defect is verified.
LiabilityDue to the natural characteristics of willow, surface cracks and indentations are considered normal and not faults.
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper use or care, including inadequate knocking-in or excessive exposure to moisture.
